 "Internal Server Error", AMMPS not showing the localhost home page (1 Replies, Read 1947 times)

I keep getting this error message:Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.
Please contact the server administrator at
admin@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred,
and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available
in the server error log.

After watching the  video tutorial several times there appears to be a step  I've missed and/or something is wrong.

I'm using Mac OSX 10.7.5 2GB ram 90GB HD
